Nabil Anwer elected CIRP Fellow
Published on
Nabil Anwer, professor at Paris-Saclay university and deputy director of LURPA, has been elected a fellow of the CIRP, the world’s leading academy in manufacturing-related research, at the CIRP General Assembly in Dublin, on August 26st 2023. Election to "CIRP Fellow" represents the highest recognition of a scientist in the field of manufacturing engineering.
CIRP is at the forefront of design, optimization, control and metrological assessment of products, processes, machines, and socio-technical manufacturing systems. The academy has restricted membership based on demonstrated excellence in research. Because of the limited number of CIRP Fellows, the election of a Fellow is a lengthy, rigorous process ensuring the highest possible academic standards.
